Rakshabandhan Collection
Rakshabandhan Collection
'Rakshabandhan' in many Asian countries, celebrates the bond between siblings. Traditionally, a sister ties a sacred thread, called Rakhi, on their brother’s wrists on this day. This thread is a symbol of the protection of a brother for his sister, and the unconditional love of a sister for her brother.
Although the message still holds the same essence, Rakshabandhan today has grown to become a celebration of affection, friendship & togetherness, which has always been one of the beauties of this festival. At SAAG, we have curated a few artworks that showcase these sacred bonds.
