South Asian Art Gallery takes care in packing and shipping products. We partner with top shipping companies to deliver artworks to your doorstep. We also endeavor to keep you abreast of where your product is, and when its likely to reach you.

Your order will be delivered in not more than 15 working days. Sometimes, sooner too.

International Shipping:

Buyers are responsible for any additional international fees (such as taxes/duties/brokerage fees) upon arrival of the package. This is up to the destination country and not controlled by South Asian Art Gallery.
We do not cover the shipment duties.

We hope you love your art. Please note that South Asian Art Gallery original and licensed limited edition print artworks, so all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, or, if we've sent you the incorrect item, please contact us so we can help you.

Non-returnable items:

  • Artworks- Original or Limited Edition Prints
  • Gift cards
  • User damaged item.
  • Any art not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Cancellations (if applicable):

Cancellations will be accepted only if the order has not been processed from our end. You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by going to your Dashboard. Any amount you paid will be credited back to you.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
